My client is a leading international construction consultancy working in the project management and cost consultancy industry. They are currently looking to hire a senior candidate into their Dublin team.

Responsibilities:
* Leading and mentoring a talented PM team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a collaborative environment.
* Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve income targets and drive business growth.
* Overseeing project delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
* Managing project finances, including invoicing, payments, and cost control.
* Developing compelling tender materials and conducting competitor analysis to win new business.
* Contributing to the overall operational success of the company, including marketing, HR, and compliance.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices across the PM stream.
* Leading all aspects of project commissions, from initial briefs and procurement strategies to final close-out and lessons learned workshops.
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in project management.
* Approximately 10 years’ + experience in a project management role.
* Knowledge and contacts within the Irish construction and real estate sector.
* A strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving project excellence.
