Job Title: University for All (UFA) Project and Data Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team as a University for All (UFA) Project and Data Officer. The role will be based in UCD Access & Lifelong Learning, which aims to support the University in becoming a diverse and inclusive scholarly community.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the collection and analysis of data related to the University's widening participation initiatives;
* Contribute to the development and implementation of projects aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion within the University;
* Work closely with the Director and other team members to ensure effective collaboration and communication across departments;
* Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives, including workshops, dissemination of resources, and coordination of events;
* Assist with the development and maintenance of databases and records related to student access and participation;
* Perform other duties as required by the Director or other team members.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in higher education or research;
* Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with knowledge of statistical software and tools;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
* A degree in a relevant field, such as education, social sciences, or data science.
