Sanderson are partnering with a charity organisation to recruit for a Quality and Safety Administrator, this positions is fully onsite in South Dublin.
Reports to: Head of Quality, Risk, Compliance & Patient Administration My client are seeking a dedicated Quality and Safety Administrator to promote a culture of compliance, quality improvement, and safety.
The role involves supporting various hospital teams with Mental Health Act administration, electronic patient record implementation, audit scheduling, regulatory compliance, risk management, incident and complaint management, and quality improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act 2001 and coordinate Mental Health Tribunals.
Maintain systems for quality, risk, and compliance management.
Monitor audit schedules and manage the Document Control Database.
Assist with regulatory inspections and quality improvement plans.
Support incident and risk management processes.
Provide administrative assistance for feedback management and ICT systems.
Maintain medical records and assist with election voting for residents.
Qualifications and Key Requirements Relevant third-level qualification in a health-related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical/healthcare experience.
Knowledge of mental health services and the Mental Health Act 2001.
Proficiency in IT, including quality management systems and electronic patient records.
Ability to influence positively and embrace change.
