Job Title: HR Administrator - Agri
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide administrative support to our Client's HR department, ensuring all HR processes run smoothly and efficiently while supporting the growth of a talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment Support & Tracking:
o Manage job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviewing, reference checks, and prepare job offers through Cornerstone.
o Track recruitment processes through the HR system, ensuring accurate and timely updates on candidate status, interview schedules, and onboarding activities.
* Onboarding New Employees:
o Prepare and organize the training plan for new employees.
* Maintenance and Tracking Employee Leave Entitlements:
o Use Softworks to manage employee leave entitlements.
* Employee Records Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Data Reporting:
o Generate reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover rates, absence trends, and more.
* Dealing with Employee Queries:
o Provide guidance on company policies and respond to employee queries related to HR matters.
* General Administrative Support:
o Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining HR databases.
Requirements:
* Previous Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Human Resource qualification is essential.
* Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (Softworks & Cornerstone).
o High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
