About Your New Role
* This is a 12-month contract position starting in March/April based in Cork City
* Responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and ensuring clear messages are distributed to the right people
* Prepare and schedule meeting rooms
* Be a professional and friendly first point of contact for visitors to the office
* Manage all post and courier items
* Manage all stationery and supplies including checking incoming orders
* All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What Skills You Need
* An outgoing and friendly personality
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good IT skills
* Excellent organisational skills
