Insurance Broker Europe – Travel Market 100% (m/f/d)
We are looking for a broker with experience in the European travel insurance sector, capable of negotiating the best and most competitive policies with leading insurance companies, for the benefit of our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead negotiations with insurers, addressing complex issues and ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and clients, ensuring top-level service delivery.
3. Present solutions and strategies to clients, with a focus on their individual needs.
4. Actively participate in global practice groups, representing Insurteam.
5. Develop bespoke placement strategies that align with the client’s needs, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal structuring.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive solutions for our clients, including direct handling of major placements.
7. Oversee wording discussions, ensuring clarity and precision in policy terms.
Your profile:
1. Proven broking experience, particularly within Travel or related risk domains.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Proficient in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
5. Capable of working independently as well as thriving in team settings.
6. In-depth understanding of travel insurance markets, broking processes, and client service dynamics.
7. Familiarity with market trends and a passion for staying ahead of industry developments.
8. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.
9. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset.
10. Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to solving problems and delivering solutions.
