We are seeking a skilled Inbound Customer Care Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional support via phone and email, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
The Job
* Resolve customer queries and issues over the phone or via email, providing solutions and alternatives within time limits.
* Process payments, manage invoice and statement queries, and escalate as required.
* Maximize sales opportunities by identifying and seizing upsell chances.
* Translate and proofread orders received, utilizing your language skills.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Contribute to achieving team service level targets.
Requirements
* Florence in German.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, focusing on listening and questioning abilities.
