CE Supervisor - Fixed Term 12 Months (39hrs) Candidates will possess the following: Previous experience in varied administrative support in an office environment. Proficient in IT - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Payroll Skills relevant to people management through previous work experience Excellent organisation and administrative skills Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills An ability to work well under pressure, resilient. Have a reasonable knowledge and understanding of the role of the Community Employment Assistant Supervisors in terms of the administration and day to day running of a Community Employment Scheme Ability to maintain confidentiality.
