Overall Purpose of the Role
The Mobile Front of House Facilities Coordinator will deliver a range of workplace services across a number of our key client sites.
Main Duties
1. Perform front of house duties on multiple sites.
2. Ensure soft services are carried out on site as per client agreements.
3. Maintain Health & Safety records.
4. Complete key administration tasks on site.
5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Person Specification
6. Administration and Coordinator experience.
7. Customer service and delivery focused.
8. Strong English language skills.
9. Front of house experience desirable.
10. Right to work in Ireland on a full-time basis.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
