Founded in late 2016, Sculpted by Aimee is a beauty brand with a global vision. Our founder, Aimee Connolly, began her journey as a makeup artist after earning a bachelor's degree in business. She spotted a gap in the market for easy-to-apply, highly effective makeup and launched Sculpted by Aimee to create products that simplify beauty routines without compromising results.

Key Responsibilities
* Support customers on the busy shop floor.
* Drive sales and achieve team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Offer a strong level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
* Assist with customer make-up queries in relation to shade matching and Sculpted products.
* Maintain a clear and hygienic work area and adhere to hygiene rules.
* Assist with in-store events and masterclasses when required.
* Use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully support sales in-store.
* Maintain the store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter/store, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.
Requirements
* Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar setting.
* Makeup artistry experience with a certified makeup qualification.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication with store visitors and customers.
* Proactive drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver value.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
