Inside Sales Executive
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will specialise in the payments or technology sectors and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities. This will include nurturing inbound and self-generated leads, conducting sales presentations, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our payment solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, online and in-person networking. Inbound leads will also be diligently followed up on to ensure no opportunity is missed.
2. Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our payment solutions.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
4. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, utilising CRM software to track progress and prioritise tasks. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to management based on thorough analysis of pipeline and market trends.
5. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
6. Closing: Close the sale and manage the completion of new customer application process.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and strategies.
8. Collaboration: Contribute positively to the wider team, enhancing our overall business development tactics and strategy.
Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in payments or technology sectors.
2. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with experience using a sales methodology preferable.
5. We firmly believe in the core fundamentals of sales, which include conducting thorough discovery, actively listening to our customers, empathising with their needs, valuing objections, guiding customers towards relevant solutions, and closing deals based on the value provided.
