DescriptionAs we continue to experience explosive growth, Codec are currently seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) Enterprise and Commercial Sector, by contacting and developing relationships with Senior decision makers.
You will play a crucial role in growing our organisation by finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships and acquiring new customers.

You'll grind, build relationships, and push hard to win.You're an extroverted and dynamic individual with a passion for meeting new people and driving relationships from the initial call all the way through to closing the deal.This hunting role requires an individual who is competitive, smart, and a forward-thinker, actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Your goal is to expand our market share within targeted accounts.Follow a predefined 7 Step Sales Process that outlines your key responsibilities and expectations to successfully grow our business.You will drive the entire sales cycle, set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their wishes and concerns, and present our company to potential clients.You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve better results and understand the company's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.You will provide feedback to leadership regarding customer needs, commercial opportunities, and market trends. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or related).Smart, quick thinker with a forward-thinking approach.Strong extrovert with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This role is for someone who wants to engage with new people.Results-driven and focused on getting the job doneHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, sales navigator).Ability to deliver engaging presentations to work well with a team of excellent professionals.Identify and target potential clients through proactive outreach.Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.Collaborate with internal teams to bring in relevant technical expertise when needed.Proven track record in sales, particularly in a hunting role.Highly competitive with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.
