What You'll Do:
Assess travel insurance claims and provide fair outcomes.
Communicate claim decisions clearly to customers.
Investigate potential fraud and recovery avenues.
Provide exceptional customer service & policy advice.
Work closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team.
Role Requirements:
APA Qualification (a must)
1+ year of claims experience (preferred)
Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & organisational abilities
Knowledge of insurance principles & regulations (advantageous)
