An amazing opportunity has arisen to work at the forefront of all things insurance based in Landmark Insurance located in Santry, Co Dublin. They are looking to fill this position with an immediate start date.
What does the day-to-day in the role involve?
1. Answering inbound sales and customer service calls emails and chat.
2. Setting up new client accounts and ensuring customers documentation is correct.
3. Updating customer information in line with GDPR guidelines.
4. Work with the marketing team to follow leads
5. Provide excellent customer service also generating sales.
6. Overcoming objections, closing sale.
7. Going through renewals and processing them.
What experience makes me an eligible candidate for the role?
8. APA or CIP qualified.
9. CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
10. 1 year sales or customer service in a similar role required.
11. Great communication skills.
12. Passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
