Your mission We are looking for a Monetization Manager - Gaming, Mobile, Live-Ops who will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing real-time monetization strategies and experiments across our portfolio of B2C mobile apps.
In this role, you'll leverage user analytics, behavioral insights, and rigorous A/B testing to drive continuous revenue growth and enhance the user journey from a monetization perspective.
Your role will be to design and execute dynamic in-app events, promotions, and content tailored to maximize monetization opportunities within our apps in the social, music, and interactive spaces.
A significant portion of your responsibilities will involve running A/B tests and experiments to validate and optimize monetization strategies.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in gaming or interactive media who can apply monetization techniques and experimentation methodologies to non-gaming apps.

What you'll be doing Experimentation and A/B Testing: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses around monetization strategies.
Use statistical rigor to interpret results and make data-driven decisions that enhance revenue and user engagement.
Monetization Strategies:
Identify, develop, and implement monetization opportunities—including in-app purchases, limited-time offers, subscription upsells, and advertising placements.
Collaborate with product and data teams to optimize user lifetime value (LTV) based on experimental findings.
Protocol Development:
Establish and refine monetization protocols and best practices, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all apps through continuous experimentation.
Event Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize live events, promotions, and content updates across various apps to drive revenue.
Customize these initiatives based on each app's unique audience and monetization potential, informed by experimental data.
Data Analysis Optimization:
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor revenue performance, user spending behavior, and conversion metrics.
Regularly analyze and report on the success of monetization initiatives, applying insights from experiments to future strategies.
User Segmentation:
Develop and apply segmentation strategies to personalize offers and monetization events for different user groups (e.g., high spenders, potential spenders).
Use experimentation to maximize revenue through targeted approaches.
User Journey Optimization:
Map and enhance the user journey from a monetization perspective, ensuring that monetization touchpoints are seamlessly integrated and provide value.
Leverage experimental results to refine the user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, designers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to align monetization activities with app objectives and enhance the user journey, guided by insights from A/B tests and experiments.
What you'll need to succeed Experience in Experimentation and A/B Testing: 3-5 years of experience in designing and running A/B tests and experiments related to monetization and user engagement in gaming or B2C mobile apps.
Experience in Gaming B2C
Mobile Apps: 3+ years of experience in monetization strategies and experimentation for gaming or B2C mobile apps in music, social discovery, or other interactive media.
Monetization Expertise:
Proven expertise in applying monetization techniques and leveraging experimentation to drive revenue in non-gaming apps such as social, music, or analytics apps.
Data Analysis Statistical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods to design experiments, interpret results, and generate actionable insights for monetization strategies.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable with tools like SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python) for data manipulation, analysis, and experimentation.
Understanding of Protocols:
Ability to develop and implement monetization protocols and best practices across multiple apps, informed by experimental outcomes.
User Segmentation Targeting:
