Customer Pricing Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Pricing Representative with Hungarian language proficiency to join our dynamic team. This is a contract hybrid role with a minimum of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to customers, sales teams, and distribution partners worldwide.
* Process transactions accurately through relevant company systems, adhering to department guidelines and quality requirements.
* Liaise with couriers and internal teams to ensure prompt delivery services.
* Manage urgent and emergency orders, communicating with relevant teams as needed.
* Log customer feedback correctly and on time, promoting the customer portal when possible.
Tender Coordination and Finance Administration:
* Oversee tender and bid compilation, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, quickness, and compliance.
* Maintain and update customer data as required.
* Liaise with sales teams, inventory teams, and supply chain operations to resolve issues promptly.
Pricing and Quotations:
* Prepare quotation requests from customers, distribution partners, and sales teams.
* Send written price confirmation as required or appropriate.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a support/administration role (advantageous).
* Legal/Business/Other relevant third-level qualification (advantageous).
* Fluency in English & Hungarian.
* Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
* Data entry skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
