Duration: 9 month fixed term contract Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:30pm - Fully on site Location: Cork City Centre What will the role entail?
Looking after all aspects of the running of the office Dealing with all contractors who are coming onsite to deal with maintenance Supporting senior management with budgeting and project administration Assisting with the creation of procedures Ensuring all equipment is distributed efficiently and in a timely manner Booking meeting rooms and overseeing meeting schedules Dealing with Health and Safety administration and other legalities What do you need to have?
