Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee major Pharmaceutical Construction Projects in West Dublin.
About the Role
* Overall responsibility for the management of the Construction Project.
* Ensure that the Construction Service complies fully with PM Group systems and procedures.
* Manage project Construction Services personnel, including recruitment, liaison, onboarding, and on-site coordination.
Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership in areas of Construction Health & Safety, Construction QAQC, Constructability, Contracts/Commercial, and Project Controls.
2. Work closely with PM Group Construction Services to enhance and develop overall service delivery.
3. Foster a culture of mutual respect and belonging by promoting Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity within the team.
Requirements
* Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Additional Professional Qualifications in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in managing large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
* Demonstrable experience in promoting exemplary health and safety standards on large-scale construction projects.
