What does the typical day look like:
Business Development Executive
* Lead generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords.
* Landlord communication: Contacting potential landlords and managing the process from the beginning to the signing of the contract.
* Contract negotiation: Successful negotiation and signing of contracts.
* Data maintenance: Maintaining up-to-date information in our customised database software, LiveTrack.
Sales Executive
* Communicating with landlords: negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords.
* Preparing for calls with landlords: includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other various sources.
* Entering Data: entering data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
* Preparing Proposals: creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.
What are we looking for:
* Fluent in German.
* Great attention to detail.
* Sales and negotiation experience.

* Salary: €35,000 per annum base salary + est. 15k-20k in commission.
