Are you an experienced marketing pro looking for your next exciting challenge? We're on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to take the lead in driving audience engagement and growth for one of our wonderful clients, a major player in the Irish media space. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing killer marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
We need someone with a track record of delivering standout brand and product campaigns, plus a keen understanding of consumer behaviour. What You'll Do:
* Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to hit growth and revenue goals.
* Analyse market trends and audience insights, then turn them into actionable marketing plans.
* Define and track KPIs, reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
* Lead end-to-end campaigns across various channels.
* Manage marketing budgets, ensuring smart spend and tracking ROI.
* Lead a small team, guiding them through exciting projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and strategies.
* Identify and manage partnerships to increase brand visibility and engagement.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 3 years + in consumer marketing, with a proven ability to drive successful campaigns.
* Strong experience with brand, product, traditional and digital marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* A sharp, analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable plans.
* Creative problem solver with great attention to detail.
* Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* People management experience.
