Role: Administration Assistant
Duration: Immediate Start | Temporary position with potential for permanency
Salary: €30000-€32000
Location: Dublin South - Dublin 4
Key Responsibilities:
1. Update the outstanding payments sheet weekly, marking off received payments and following up on those still outstanding.
2. Handle incoming supplier invoices, ensuring all necessary information is obtained.
3. Process monthly invoices and oversee the entire payment process.
4. Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong Excel skills are essential, particularly with technical functions.
2. Available for an immediate start.
3. Excellent time management and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative processes with accuracy.
5. Confident in using MS Office and other relevant software.
