HR Manager
A 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity starting in April 2025.
The Role
* Review and update HR policies and procedures.
* End-to-end recruitment activities, including annual monitoring returns.
* Coach and mentor the management team in ER issues and cases.
* Update HR data to inform and support the management team.
* Oversight of absence management procedures.
* Administration and management of all stages in the employee life cycle (onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding).
* Drive the wellbeing strategy and continue wellbeing initiatives.
* Administration of employee records.
The Person We Are Looking For
* CIPD qualified.
* 2-3 years + experience as an HR officer or generalist.
* In-depth knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice.
* Previous experience in a stand-alone HR role is desirable.
* Organised, self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Positive work attitude.
