Technical Business Analyst Role
The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with technical delivery teams, solution architects, business representatives, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business, technical, and test teams to ensure the final design meets the business's needs.
* Work within Agile methodologies (SCRUM and KANBAN) to support delivery teams and the business in defining initiatives, epics, and user stories.
* Frequently operate as the sole Technical Analyst for projects and assigned changes, refining business requirements to technical/functional requirements.
* Sponsor and mentor Business Analysts in the development of the BA practice within GTCS.
* Ensure the capturing of key artifacts to adhere to compliance and governance frameworks throughout the SDLC.
* Communicate requirements to various stakeholder groups and partners, acting as a translator between IT and the business.
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile delivery programme as a Technical Analyst or Product Owner.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including working with technical resources to document deliverables.
* Experience in Financial Services is beneficial.
* Knowledge of tools such as Confluence, Jira, Design Thinking, Figma, or wireframing tools is advantageous.
