Job Title: IT & AV Support Engineer (On-Site)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT & AV Support Engineer to support one of our key university campus clients in Dublin City Centre.
This role is part of a two-person team, delivering onsite AV and IT support to staff, students, and faculty across lecture halls, classrooms, and meeting spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
AV & IT Support - Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and displays.
Live Event Support - Operate AV systems for video conferencing, live streaming, and academic presentations.
Customer Service - Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
Problem-Solving - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as they arise.
Collaboration - Work closely with our team and the university's IT department to ensure smooth service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years' experience in an IT support, AV support, or helpdesk role. AV experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, mac OS, and basic network troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
