Job Title: Equipment Project Engineer
We are seeking an accountable project engineer to manage a diverse portfolio of projects across various biopharmaceutical operations, including enzyme, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), oral dosage, medical devices, laboratories, and packaging.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality adherence, and budget control. Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver process, packaging, and biopharmaceutical equipment projects within our biopharmaceutical operations.
* Manage procurement, acceptance of equipment, and associated infrastructure, while reporting on project status throughout the lifecycle.
* Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety codes, approved project KPIs, performance standards, and specifications.
* Liaise with external and internal customers, suppliers, and vendors to define and deliver right-first-time project deployment.
* Chair and interact with assigned project teams to interpret their requirements and ensure approval for project scope.
* Assign responsibilities, mentor project team members, and maintain accurate project planning documentation.
* Communicate effectively through regular reports to management and senior stakeholders.
* Support other project participants in overcoming obstacles when they arise.
* Review engineering deliverables, initiate site change controls, and associate documentation required by the project lifecycle.
* Deliver performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality adherence.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
* Minimum 10+ years' experience in a project management role.
* Detailed knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environments.
* Excellent communication, dedication, and focus on delivering key results within the role.
* A Master's degree is an advantage.
