Responsibilities:
* Manage a designated portfolio of airline customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and timely issue resolution.
* Oversee rent and invoicing processes, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
* Support colleagues and associated teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting process improvement initiatives.
* Develop and implement efficient lease contract event scheduling and management processes.
* Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing outstanding balances.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, promoting effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Contribute to IT projects, leveraging technical skills to drive innovation and efficiency.
* Ensure accurate data input and maintenance, upholding the highest standards of data integrity.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback, implementing changes to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a support, process improvement, or similar operations role.
* Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable is advantageous.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple deadlines.
* Aircraft leasing experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process improvement tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
