Key skills and experience include being an active listener, team player, strong attention to detail, passion for tech and software products, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellence in English language are also required.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a call centre setting. A Leaving Cert or equivalent qualification is desirable. Full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week, with flexible shifts between 8 am - 10 pm.
