Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team and expand our presence in the Irish SME market, focusing on new business, up-selling, and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Develop a strategy to acquire new customers by targeting clients for proactive sales in line with Irish and European initiatives.
2. Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing to create digital campaigns and generate leads through phone and email prospecting.
3. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, establish rapport, answer questions, handle objections, and demonstrate solutions remotely using video content and risk assessments.
4. Closing Sales: Close new business by addressing customer concerns, generating proposals, and finalizing contracts while updating CRM data.
5. Implementation: Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team and remain involved during implementation.
6. Post-Sale Support: Follow up on customer satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in remote sales, utilising digital marketing and social network channels to generate leads, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets, B2B sales experience.
* Business acumen, commercial awareness, and strong negotiation skills
* Relationship building and networking capabilities.
