Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Manager. (QHSE Manager) 1 Year - Fixed Term Contract WHAT WILL YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE Lead a team within the QHSE function. Cross functional meetings on strategy and day to day operations with internal and external stakeholders. Manage company scorecard and provide monthly updates to SLT. Evaluate and analyse quality, health and safety issues within the operations and introduce corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members within a busy FMCG environment. Oversee the day-to-day QHSE function including auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records. Lead internal accident investigations across the group, working with management team to improve process and adherence. Oversee the insurance renewal process for the group. Review and action site audit reports completed by Customers. Record H&S non-compliances in the audit tracker. WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED Excellent verbal communication skills. Have relevant QHSE qualifications. Five years experience within the logistics and FMCG industry Be familiar with BRCGS and ISO Standards and have experience in both. Be comfortable encouraging a culture of excellence and compliance using a value-based approach. Be knowledgeable with relevant legislation and compliance requirements for logistics. Have excellent written English with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the Company. Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to integrated management systems.
