Our Client based inRingsend, Dublinis seeking to hire an experiencedProject Managerto join their experienced team on site.
The Project Manager will coordinate design information and site works delivered by in-house teams and third-party contractors, managing multidisciplinary civil, mechanical, process, and electrical/ICA projects.
Key Responsibilities Oversee coordination with PSCS, PSDP, Client, and other stakeholders.
Perform duties for Project Supervisor for both Construction Stage and Design Process.
Supervise and manage in-house and external contractors on-site.
Respond to Client technical requests and manage project documentation (e.g., reports, drawings, specifications, H&S plans).
Manage project budgets, timelines, and delivery plans.
Provide input to bids and manage project delivery.
Job Requirements: Postgraduate degree in Engineering or related field; Project Management qualifications preferred.
Minimum 5 years in Civil, Water, and Wastewater industries, with a proven track record in managing design-build contracts.
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater processes, FIDIC/NEC/Public Works contracts, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, and BIM software.
Highly motivated, target-driven, excellent communication and organizational skills, commercial acumen, and integrity.
Desirable: Chartered Engineer status.
Estimating and resource scheduling experience.
