The Role: Duty Manager
You will play a pivotal role in the success of the hotel, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction while operating within brand guidelines to deliver the ultimate customer experience for every guest, every time.
Your overall responsibility is to assist in developing, managing, and leading your team to deliver great hospitality experiences through a focused approach on excellent customer service and consistent standards.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure employees offer exceptional customer service and work to high standards.
* Maintain happy customers with the service and products.
* Take a hands-on approach.
* Assist other managers.
* Help implement company policies.
* Motivate team members.
* Ensure the hotel operates smoothly on a daily basis.
* Provide first-class customer service at every opportunity, representing the Hotel Manager in every interaction.
* Furnish guests with practical assistance, as needed.
* Communicate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
* Offer support across all departments.
* Support health and safety, wellness, and security functions throughout the property.
The Candidate:
A minimum of 2 years' previous experience at Reception/Assistant Manager level.
Previous experience working in a branded property.
100% computer literacy, including Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
Previous experience working with Amadeus or similar Property Management System.
Excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience of managing a team.
Excellent knowledge of the local area and Dublin City.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
