My job Purpose A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join our Brand Marketing team in Ireland, home to iconic Irish brands like Denny, Moy Park, Galtee and Ballyfree.
This is an exciting time for you to join the team as we embark on an ambitious growth plan to double the size of our branded portfolio in the next three years.
You will play a pivotal role in proactively identifying ways to drive growth, owning the in-market results, and ensuring all initiatives are executed to a consistently high standard.
Not only that, but you'll support the Marketing Director on broader initiatives, play an active role in the Business Team, and partner with our agencies.
Key Success Factors and Deliverables Brand Positioning Brand Positioning Be able to contribute value-adding ideas and opinions to discussions about the Brand Beacon Use the Brand Beacon to help craft credible Briefs, Insights, propositions as well as feedback Brand Expression Responsible for ensuring all paid ATL (non-AV) and Shopper touchpoints comply with the brand's Tone Of Voice and visual identity Brand Planning Support the annual Brand Plan; creating insight-led strategies and tactics, which address the biggest 'jobs to be done' on the brand.
Brand Diagnosis - Situational Analysis Lead the diagnosis phase of Brand Planning, conducting the 7C's and SWOT; involving the right people at the right time.
Brand Change - Consumer Change Lead the Consumer Change Plan process Develop the brands key strategic questions for the following year Brand Choices - IMC & Business Growth Levers Develop tactics that deliver on the strategies defined in the Brand Plan Build winning, joined-up GTM plans for area(s) of responsibility; covering all levers and involving the right people at the right time Brand Plan - Full Year Brand Plan Support the build and delivery of brand full year plans Manage delivering compelling brand sell in decks for internal and external stakeholders Brand Portfolio Management Brand Innovation & Renovation Brand Activation Brand Measurement Key Competencies and Capabilities Actionable Insights Identifies meaningful macro, category and consumer needs and behaviours.
