SureSkills are delighted to be partnering again with a leading healthcare provider in Dublin 18 who are seeking to hire a highly organised Administrator to join their busy practice. Reporting to the Administration and Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for administrative duties whilst acting a point of contact to all patients whilst liaising with the administrative and clinical teams.
This is an excellent role for an Administrator to begin a career within the healthcare industry as full training will be provided to the successful candidate. This role is permanent and based on-site within the clinic on a 37.5 hour basis, Monday to Friday with 1 rotational Saturday (8am – 2pm) required per month.
Please Note: Applicants can only be considered for this position if living in and are eligible to work in Ireland (EU Citizen, Stamp 4 etc.). Due to the high volume of applications anticipated for this role, only those who meet the mentioned criteria can be considered.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to members of the clinic team as required.
* Greet & check-in patients for appointments/procedures.
* Provide support to patients via phone, email and in-person.
* Manage all patient queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Schedule appointments such as general check-ups, post op appointments, initial assessments, and surgical bookings.
* Provide patients with necessary information in relation to instructions, cost, pre & post procedure, appointment duration etc.
* Process patient consent forms to ensure patient files are up to date.
* Creating files for new patients capturing relevant information accurately.
* Scheduling reminder calls/mails as required.
* Draft correspondence to patients on behalf of the clinic teams.
* Process referral’s to the clinic team for review.
* Processing patient payments and carrying out daily/weekly banking.
* Process incoming/outgoing post.
* Place orders for equipment such as stationary, water and arranging couriers as required.
* Prepare surgery lists for clinic team.
