We are looking for a driven and energetic Operations Support Manager to join our team at Liffey Valley Car Park!

We manage over 1.5 million parking spaces across 9,500+ locations in Europe, supported by 5,500 employees.
What You'll Be Doing: Oversee daily operations, collaborate with the Car Park Manager and Client to meet KPIs, exceed targets, and deliver top-notch service.Motivate and support your team to provide excellent customer service while managing schedules and performance.Build strong client relationships, ensure KPIs are met, and provide regular reports.Step into the Car Park Manager role if needed, ensuring smooth site operations.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and perform regular safety checks.Oversee IT systems to ensure proper functioning, and ensure all data is handled per GDPR and company policies.Ensure suppliers meet agreed KPIs.What You'll Bring: 3+ years of experience in client relationships and operational reporting.Proven experience in staff management in a customer-focused environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail, planning, and strong organisational skills.What We Offer: Competitive Salary: €40k per annumAdditional Benefits: Pension scheme, 20 days holiday and death in service benefit.Work-Life Balance: 40-hour work week with opportunities for professional growth and development.If you're ready to take on a dynamic role where your leadership and operational skills can shine, apply today and join our success story.
