The Technical Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with technology partners, ensuring alignment with our business goals and driving mutual growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills. Responsibilities Partnership Development - Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with technology companies that align with Cubic Telecom's business objectives. Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring mutual success. Technical Liaison - Serve as the technical point of contact between Cubic Telecom and its partners, facilitating communication and collaboration on joint projects. Project Management - Oversee the execution of partnership projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Market Analysis - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new partnerships and technologies that can enhance our offerings. Performance Tracking - Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in a technical partnership or business development role within the technology or telecommunications industry. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
