Job Summary
">This role is responsible for overseeing mechanical installations, ensuring quality control, and managing the day-to-day mechanical operations on-site. You will work closely with the plant team to ensure the timely and successful completion of all mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities

* Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on machinery and mechanical equipment
">
* Diagnose mechanical issues and perform troubleshooting to identify causes of malfunctions
">
* Be capable of replacing mechanical seals / bearing / gearbox / valves / fluidisation system / hydraulic pump / pully belts
">
* Experience in belt alignment
">
* Experience of troubleshooting sensors / rotary screws / pneumatic system
">
* Motor alignment
">
* Fabrication experience: welding, grinding
">
Requirements
">Background in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, or automation is required. You must be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
