Community Operations Analyst
The Community Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our online community. This individual is responsible for assisting users with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high-quality support in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist users with inquiries and resolve issues empathetically, accurately, and on time
* Become knowledgeable about client products and community standards

* Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client's platform, such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content

* Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience
