Receptionist
A prominent client based in Ballyfermot are currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
* Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments.

Client Interaction:
* Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about the firm's services.
* Ensure clients are comfortable while waiting for their appointments.
* Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Administrative Support:
* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
* Prepare and send outgoing mail, including legal documents.
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Document Management:
* Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying legal documents.
* Ensure all documents are properly filed and stored according to office protocols.
* Help with the preparation and formatting of legal documents and correspondence.

Office Supplies and Equipment:
* Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the front desk is well-stocked.
* Ensure office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) is functioning properly and arrange for repairs as needed.

* Provide administrative support to solicitors and paralegals as needed.
* Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the office manager or legal team.
* Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
