Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality dishes for customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook main courses and starters to the highest standard.
* Ensure timely delivery of food to customers, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
* Assist in managing kitchen stock levels and inventory.
* Support senior chefs during service, including the head chef.
* Maintain adherence to kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
* Cook food to order, adhering to menu specifications and customer requests.
* Supervise junior chefs and lead a section of the kitchen.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a chef, preferably in a la carte cooking.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
* The ability to work well under pressure, maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
