Service Desk Team Lead
We are seeking a Service Desk Team Lead to work on one of our customer sites in the Dundrum area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing Level 1 remote and deskside support services to end users
* Effectively managing a team of Engineers
* Troubleshooting PC related problems via phone, remote tools, or desk side support
* Completing incidents and requests within SLA in a pressurized environment
* Participating in departmental training activities, including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements
* Escalating unresolved issues to the designated service group or client help desk
* Handling escalations from team members
* Working collaboratively in a team environment
* Supporting a variety of platforms, including Linux and Windows
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar onsite helpdesk lead position
* Experience with change control (ITIL best practice or ITIL foundation certified)
* A high level of motivation and focus on daily tasks
* Demonstrated IT competencies in areas such as technical problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
