Customer Service Representative – Night Shift
Our client, a Galway based healthcare business, seeks to hire a customer service representative. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager.
Working Hours: 5pm to 1am Monday to Friday, on-site. Please note the client has arranged a shuttle bus service for this shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding company's products.
* Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and procedures.
* Representing the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
* Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all in-house procedures.
* Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Minimum 1 year experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
