Job Title: Finance Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Finance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist across our Accounts Payable, Treasury divisions and broader Finance division.
Responsibilities
* Perform daily and monthly administrative tasks within Finance.
* Assist with reconciliations, month-end duties, and ad hoc tasks.
* Help prepare reports for internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors.
* Support Accounts Payable by setting up suppliers, conducting call-backs, and processing invoices.
* Contribute to company-wide projects as needed.
* Aid in system development, automation, and IT upgrades, collaborating across departments.
Key Competencies and Experience
* A minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in a fast-paced Financial Services environment and/or corporate Finance/Accounting experience.
* Basic Accounting knowledge.
* Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.
