What you’ll be doing:
1. Working as part of a team responsible for following up on quotations and completing calls for our new and existing home and motor insurance products over the phone – directly with our customers.
2. Transforming quotations into sales to assist with achieving individual and team goals.
3. Engaging and building rapport with customers through working on new quotations and following up on existing quotations.
You’ll be working in a Regulated Environment:
1. This position falls under the category of a regulated control function in accordance with the regulations outlined in the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment to this role is contingent upon the company’s assurance that the candidate fulfills the criteria stated in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank of Ireland. As part of this process, the company is obligated to conduct a specified due diligence procedure to evaluate the candidate's suitability and integrity.
2. Must be willing to work towards and meet minimum competency requirements as set out by the Central Bank of Ireland Minimum Competency Code.
Salary: Attractive remuneration package plus performance bonus of up to €13k pa.
