NOTE THIS IS A WPEP Government Work Experience opportunity which will last for 6 months only. As a HR Assistant, you will be part of the NEWKD HR team and will provide valuable support to the HR function.
As part of your work experience, you will gain experience in:
Assisting in the compliance and review of HR Documentation.
Assisting in the review and updating of company HR Documentation onto the HR System
Keeping up-to-date with HR related legislation.
Assisting in supporting timely responses to Employee's and Management queries with full support from the HR Manager.
Assisting in maintaining accurate records and HR Requests on our HR Ticketing system
This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary.
Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement.
Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP.
