We’re seeking a motivated, bilingual Inbound Sales Executive fluent in Dutch to represent our client, a leading platform in customer engagement, specialising in marketing, sales, support, and payment solutions. This client utilises advanced AI and innovative technology to empower businesses to enhance communication, streamline workflows, and strengthen customer engagement. This is an incredible project to be part of, supporting global expansion efforts.
Responsibilities
* Qualify incoming leads and guide them through the sales journey.
* Act as a brand ambassador by explaining the client’s offerings, creating interest, and assessing fit.
* Consistently meet performance targets.
* Keep up to date on the client’s products and services.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems and information.
* Offer insights on market trends, customer feedback, and product improvements based on customer interactions.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
* Preferred experience managing high volumes of customer queries across multiple platforms.
* Fluency in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
* Proficiency in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
* Excellent listening skills and the ability to analyze information effectively.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, along with the capacity to multitask and work under pressure.
* Strong attention to detail.
