Performance Marketing Manager – Ireland – Global Gaming brand

Our client is a renowned GameTech company with a global presence, established in 2010. Operating in Europe, the Americas, and New Zealand, they are committed to delivering the best sports betting and gaming experience to an ever-expanding customer base. With offices in Greece, Malta, Brazil, and a new Dublin office, they are expanding their Irish team and are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day management, performance, and analysis of all acquisition-focused marketing channels.
* Generate ideas, develop strategies, implement, and refine full funnel campaigns for all digital marketing channels (both new and existing customers) across Sportsbook & Casino.
* Manage and optimize Search Marketing campaigns using ongoing testing and refinement of bid strategies, ad copy, and extensions specifically for the Irish market.
* Develop, execute, and optimize all performance display and paid social campaigns.
* Oversee the development and execution of promotions and incentives for all digital acquisitions.
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the business, including Brand Marketing, Creative, CRM, Gaming, and Sportsbook teams to execute digital campaigns.
* Supervise a digital marketing calendar, ensuring forecasting and budgeting align with marketing plans.
* Liaise with the Country Manager on budgeting and forecasting for marketing activities, presenting digital media plans to relevant stakeholders.
* Explore, research, and experiment with new and emerging digital channels.
* Execute and assess tests aimed at optimizing conversion funnels.
Reporting & Analysis:
* Provide weekly and monthly performance updates, detailing what did and did not work, and offering recommendations for future campaigns.
* Utilize in-depth understanding of digital tracking, measurement, and reporting tools to provide comprehensive reporting and forecasting.
Skills & Experience Needed:
* Education: Marketing Degree, bachelor’s or higher, or a similar/equivalent business degree.
* Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performance marketing, preferably within the gaming industry.
* Extensive experience across all performance marketing platforms.
* Proven track record in CPA and ROAS performance and results.
* Strong commercial acumen, highly performance, and results-driven.
* Skills:
* In-depth understanding of digital tracking, measurement, and reporting tools.
* Proficient in reporting and forecasting.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external business requirements.
* Strong presenting skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 package.
