Work with existing projects and develop new improved plans and strategies. Help develop and implement company project system across all areas of the business and staff.
Manage staff alongside Lee Kavanagh to improve project timelines, deadlines, and profits. Improve team value to provide more value for clients.
Develop structures and procedures to help the company grow and build a professional environment.
Manage over 20 accounts and develop all new and current clients and BrandYou projects. Manage and deliver full online marketing plans and strategies.
