Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. They are recruiting for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is passionate about driving compliance and operational success. They are seeking a proactive and strategic leader to oversee a team of Customer Care Executives to drive retailer engagement initiatives and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
Salary is circa €55k pa plus pension and bonuses.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE :
Team Leadership & Management
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four, ensuring achievement of set KPIs and objectives.
2. Coordinate and oversee store visit scheduling.
3. Review and interpret store visit data, generating detailed performance reports on a weekly basis.
4. Supervise portal management.
5. Cultivate a high-performance culture within the team, encouraging accountability, initiative, and collaboration.
Strategic Planning & Execution
1. Design and implement customer engagement strategies.
2. Play a key role in shaping long-term operational strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with retailers/customers.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
1. Evaluate weekly store visit reports, team performance metrics, and customer statistics.
2. Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance strategic initiatives and operational processes.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
1. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, ideally within retail, compliance, or operational management.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment.
4. Strategic planning expertise with a results-driven approach to achieving KPIs.
5. Proficiency in digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
6. Problem-solving ability, capable of handling complex challenges with confidence and clarity.
7. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Strong competency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
9. Background in project management and process optimisation.
10. Experience with data analysis and mapping tools to inform operational decision-making.
