Role Overview
Within the Supply Chain Management teams, we process the financing needs of corporate clients globally. These teams are based in Dublin for EMEA.
My client’s Supply Chain Management Operations team is engaged in an ambitious worldwide industrialisation programme, managed globally from Dublin. They are now seeking a Supply Chain Management – Transformation Project Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the SCM Industrialisation Programme, ensuring effective progress tracking, reporting, and risk management.
* Manage the programme portfolio, governance, and executive-level communications, ensuring delivery against goals.
* Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams across regions, including Business, IT, and Operations.
* Provide tangible results and key performance indicators, mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
* Lead or contribute to transformation projects, including scoping, monitoring, and reporting, and drive change management.
* Develop processes, guidelines, and control plans, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and operational standards.
* Lead or contribute to transformation projects.
* Project scoping, animation, monitoring and reporting (cost, time, quality, and risks).
* Preparation of project follow-up reporting to Local Senior Management or Head Office.
* Pain point collection, analysis, and propose solutions, formalization of study results.
* Business requirement collection, analysis, and contribute to formalization.
* Define or review processes impacted by the project, always with a “Risk” angle (operational, compliance, etc.).
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Programme Manager, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* At least five years of diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities.
* Strong understanding of project/programme management techniques and best practices.
* Knowledge of supply chain financing business and related operational processes is a plus.
* Experience in digital transformation and/or change management is desirable.
* Risk awareness in a banking environment (operational & compliance).
* Working knowledge in Industrialisation/Digital Transformation and/or Change Management is preferable.
