Job Description:
The Customer Experience Manager role at Tesco Ireland is a critical position that supports and leads a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This individual will be responsible for creating an inspiring and welcoming environment, managing change operations and checkout processes, and ensuring the store is run efficiently when the Store Manager or Deputy Manager are absent.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering key objectives in a fast-paced environment, shaping and influencing at a senior level, and being adaptable and agile in their thinking.
The successful candidate will also be passionate about delivering the right way for customers and colleagues, with previous retail experience preferred in a similar role.
